I participated in the Ludum Dare game jam in October 2024. Here, I helped design a dungeon crawler with the tiny creature's theme. I was instrumental in designing the levels from the grey box to the final look with lighting, and in creating the UI/UX of the game.
The game can be found here.

I acted as a level designer and UI designer for this game jam. The team decided to make a game about being trapped in a haunted doll house, so to accomplish that vision, I started by designing a rough layout in Unity using Pro Builder.

After I gathered feedback from the team, I grey-boxed the level. It was decided that the attic should be above the bedroom instead of as an extension of it, as I originally had been told.

After the greybox version was accepted by the team, I then started adding assets to it as I was handed them by the artists of the team.

One aspect of the level design that was a challenge was the sense of scale. Since we wanted the player to feel like they had been shrunk down to the scale of a doll house, we wanted to add some items that were to normal human scale inside the doll house and which would give the player context for their current size. But after some experimentation, we ended up with a general feel that we were happy with in the team, and my final task as a level designer was to add lighting, surface textures, and additional details to the level.

Due to the scope of the game and the time limit, the UI was not a high priority, and thus it only went through a single iteration from wireframe to finished UI.
